The start of my fitness journey, which I consider to be the past year in a half, has been a rocky start. It was very on and off and full of struggles, as I’m sure many of yours were as well. I learned a lot about what I need to do to make this work for me. One of my biggest problems has been: If I haven’t meal prepped I eat crap, and then give, saying “I’ll start again tomorrow, I’ll start again tomorrow.” Or I over work myself, I’ll do a womens health workout circuit one day, then kettle bells the next, if I’ve missed a day I try to continue with what I have in my calendar for the days after, but missed workouts get so over whelming to me. So for the next few months until it warms up and I can start walking to the gym again, I am going to do kettle bells every second day, and if I feel motivated enough to do another workout even better! Just these simple changes have me feeling 300x more motivated, I looove it. I’m feeling so much more confident with my workouts, pushing myself more, and I am way more happy, plus I’ve already started noticing changes to my body in just the past week. I will not give up this time last time, there will be set backs, but you just got to pick yourself up and give it another go!
